WINE TASTING  | Mer Soleil Wines

Mer Soleil Wines- Mer Soleil planted their first grapes in the Santa Lucia Highlands in 1988 in pursuit of the best conditions for producing Chardonnay. They took the name Mer Soleil from the two forces of nature, the sea and sun, that leave their imprint on this wine.

WINE TASTING  | Byron Wines

Byron Wines- Since 1984, Byron Wines has crafted Pinot Noir from distinctive vineyards in the Santa Maria Valley and Sta. Rita Hills appellations. A good share of Byron winemaking takes place in the vineyard, where winemaker Jonathan Nagy selects individual rows and blocks to create balanced and textural wines.

Napa Cellars Wines- Napa Cellars uses a combination of estate-grown fruit and grapes from prestigious local growers. Then, they age their wines in French oak barrels from premiere cooperages. A quintessential Napa Valley wine is well-balanced with rich, ripe fruit front and center on the palate.
