WINE TASTING  | Unshackled Wines

Unshackled Red Blend opens with aromas of raspberry, blueberry and crushed violets. Flavors of spiced dried cherries, florals and a hint of white pepper translate to a balanced red blend wine supported with a generious mouthfeel. A blend of Zinfandel, Malbec, Petite Sirah, Syrah and Grenache is barrel aged in French and American oak casks for 11 months before bottling.

Imagery Estate Winery was forged from a thirst for experimentation, dedicated to crafting rare wines from uncommon varietals and character-rich vineyards. Imagery Estate Winery  shines the spotlight on interesting varietals that are all too often swallowed up in big blends. Worldly wines like Malbec, Tempranillo, and Lagrein will broaden the horizon of anyone, from aspiring wino to seasoned connoisseur.

Craig McAllister infuses our winemaking regime with a highly personal touch that combines the best of traditional Burgundian winemaking techniques with a contemporary California style.

WINE TASTING  | Nielson Wines

Nielson Wines pays homage to its namesake, Uriel J. Nielson, who in 1964 planted the first commercial vineyard in Santa Barbara County, a region previously considered too cold to grow grapes. Known as a viticulture pioneer, Uriel didn’t heed warnings from neighboring farmers and didn’t flinch in his stance that Santa Barbara County could be one among the top winegrowing regions in the world.

Bonanza & Mer Soleil Wine is produced by Chuck Wagner, owner and winemaker of Caymus Vineyards. It reflects the “bonanza” of the great state of California – the discovery of land where delicious Cabernet can be farmed. Calling back to a time when good wine with dinner was a simple pleasure.
